Flat Deck Vibratory Tables

The BPS Model VF (Vibratory Flat Deck) is one of our models of vibrating tables used for condensing and compacting a wide assortment of materials.  Larger model VF tables are also used to densify large molds, totes, and drums and can be incorporated into many different processes.  Our electric VF tables can be operated at 230v/480v. Other voltages are available upon request (example: 380v, 415v, 575v).  When power requirements are limited, we also offer a variety of Air Piston Flat Decks, as well.

What Are Flat Deck Vibrating Tables?

Flat Deck Vibrating Tables are specialized equipment that use controlled vibrations to compact materials, remove air pockets, and improve material density. Designed with a flat surface, these tables are perfect for handling a variety of materials, from powders and granules to heavy-duty industrial products. As part of bulk processing equipment, they are a critical component in processes where material stability and uniformity are required.

Applications of Flat Deck Vibrating Tables

Flat Deck Vibrating Tables are used across industries like construction, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and packaging. Common applications include compacting concrete in molds, removing air pockets from powdered products, and settling bulk materials in containers for shipping. These tables are versatile tools that help optimize material handling, improve product quality, and reduce waste as a crucial element of bulk processing equipment.

Advantages of Using Flat Deck Vibrating Tables

The primary benefits of Flat Deck Vibrating Tables include improved material density, enhanced product stability, and reduced manual labor. By automating the compaction and settling process, these tables reduce production time and ensure consistent results. Their durable construction ensures reliable performance in demanding industrial environments, while customizable vibration settings allow for precise control. This makes them an integral part of any bulk processing equipment setup.

Vibratory Motor Configurator

Vibratory Motor Configurator

Configure your custom vibratory motor with real-time pricing

Motor Size / Capacity

What size motor do you need?

💡 Why it affects price: Larger motors = more material, higher output, heavier bearings. This is usually the biggest cost driver.

Voltage / Phase

What electrical configuration do you require?

💡 Why it affects price: Special windings or custom electrical configurations raise manufacturing costs.

Pole Count (Speed)

What pole count do you need?

💡 Why it affects price: More poles require more copper/steel in stator/rotor windings → higher cost.

Environmental Rating (IP Protection)

What level of protection do you require?

💡 Why it affects price: Sealing, gaskets, special housings drive costs up.

Duty Cycle / Bearings

What duty cycle do you need?

💡 Why it affects price: Upgraded bearings and lubricants extend life but cost more.

Starter / Controls

Do you need a motor starter or controls included?

💡 Why it affects price: Controls are separate hardware — some customers supply their own, others need them bundled.

Accessories

Would you like to add accessories? (multi-select)

💡 Why it affects price: Each is an add-on item that increases materials + labor.

Documentation / Certifications

Do you require additional documentation or certifications? (multi-select)

💡 Why it affects price: Compliance documentation adds testing/administration overhead.
