Metering Batch Feeders from Best Process Solutions are ideal for any application where materials need to be conveyed with an even flow of distribution.

Materials are placed in a feeder with 5-20 cubic yard capacity and then are evenly distributed on the conveyor. Variable speed control allows for the consistent flow of material to meet the user’s bulk processing and conveying requirements.

BPS metering batch feeders convey ASR and non-ferrous metals at a rate of 45 tons per hour at 50 downslope. The loading hopper features 16 cu. yd. capacity and includes a 44.5” hexagon rotating drum that assists in leveling, anti-bridging and metering of material in the feeder pan. The drive consists of dual rotary electric vibratory motors.
