Bag Dump Accessory Allows for the Addition of Hand Adds when Included with a Bulk Bag Unloader BPS’s (BD) Bag Dump feature is a special accessory which allows the addition of “hand adds” or the dumping of 50# bags, in the same system, as where 2000 lb. IBC bulk bags are unloaded. The cover is held in “up” position to enable the operator to use both hands for easy loading.   Inside the bag dump, the 50 lb. bag is supported on a heavy protective grating which prevents foreign items or paper pieces from entering the product flow. The entire system is dust-tight. The feeding device designed to deliver 2,500 lbs./hr., needed to be provided with a 20 mesh scalping screen deck to remove foreign products and oversize agglomerates.
